About Us

ACRO is a sports association that emerged in Freixianda, in the municipality of Ourém. We are a family united by love and team spirit. Our motto is "TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER" and we believe that practicing sports is a way to promote health, well-being, and unity among our members.

Our main goal is to promote sport, but also to create an environment of unity and friendship among our members. Our story began in March 2024, when a group of parents and friends decided to form an acrobatic gymnastics team. With a lot of commitment and dedication we grew, and today we have several sports, such as Acrobatic Gymnastics, Muay Thai, Expressive Dance, Acro Dance, Localized Gymnastics, and Adapted and Inclusive Acrobatic Gymnastics. We also invest in cultural events that promote unity among the general population and try to meet the needs of the Municipality and the population.
